Why is my purchase stuck processing?

Sometimes the cached information and cookies stored by your browser can interfere with DigitalMarketer’s order forms. If you ever fill out one of our order forms and find that it gets stuck processing the transaction, you are most likely experiencing this issue.

Please follow these steps below if you experience this issue:

  • Close out, or back out of, the order form.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, open a different internet browser, or an incognito window. 
  • Return to the order form you were using and try to process your order. 
  • Your order should process and take you to the confirmation page within approximately 60 seconds.

If you make an attempt to purchase a product using an order form, it gets stuck on processing and you close out the page without reaching the confirmation page, then you should not see a charge made to your account.

If, after re-trying the order form using the steps above, you see two charges were processed, please contact DigitalMarketer Customer Care.
