View a Subscription
In the Lab platform, you can login at anytime to view your active and past subscriptions. Follow these steps to view your subscriptions:
- Login to your account at https://members.digitalmarketer.com/login/
- Navigate to your account menu, displayed as "My Account".
- Scroll down to the "Your Subscriptions" section of the page
Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel your DigitalMarketer Lab subscription at any time inside of the Lab platform. Cancelling your subscription means that you turn off the automatic monthly or yearly renewal; in other words, the next scheduled payment gets cancelled.
You will still be able to access your subscription for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- If you are in a trial and cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription until the end of the trial period.
- If you are in a monthly subscription and cancel, you will still be able to use your subscription until the end of the 30-day period for which you most recently were billed.
- If you are in a yearly subscription and cancel, you will still be able to use your subscription until the end of the year that you paid for.
To cancel your subscription from within the Lab platform, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account at https://members.digitalmarketer.com/login/
- Navigate to your account menu, displayed as "My Account".
- Scroll down to the "Your Subscriptions" section of the page.
- On an active subscription, select the Cancel button.
- Confirm your choice to cancel by selecting "Yes, I Want to Stop Subscription".
- Your subscription will now be marked asĀ "Cancelled" in the "Your Subscriptions" view.
