If you do not know your current password but need to reset your password, you can do that using the reset password feature on the Lab/Academy Sign-in page.
- Navigate to https://members.digitalmarketer.com/login/
- Select Forgot Password, beneath the Password field
- Enter the email address under which your Lab/Academy account is set up
- Select Get New Password
- Check the email account for the email address you entered
- The email will be from wordpress@members.digitalmarketer.com
- If you do not receive an email from DigitalMarketer within a few minutes, please check your spam filter as sometimes password reset instructions may end up there.
- Once you have located the email with the password reset instructions, follow the link included in that email.
- A window will be opened in your browser
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Your new password must be at least 12 characters in length.
- Or, you can choose Generate Password to create a random password (be sure to save it somewhere)
- Select Save Password
- Your password change will be confirmed and you will be prompted to Log In.
